I have a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University in USA. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience leading and managing complex projects and operational teams effectively in different functional areas and a variety of industrial sectors.
I am passionate about continuous improvement, coaching, mentoring, and helping others achieve their fullest potential. A few years ago I received coaching sessions and later on pursued a certificate degree program in Coaching for Talent Management. Both of these experiences transformed my life for the better and inspired me to prepare this course. I have incorporated and practiced my coaching skills as an integral part of my managerial and leadership style.

Hace algunos años busque la ayuda de un coach y posteriormente curse un diplomado en Coaching para Gestion de Talento Humano.
