Dr. Fedor has worked in higher education for the past two decades as a professor, administrator, advisor, and consultant.  She is the Official College Counselor of Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts.  Dr. Fedor earned her MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts and her doctorate from American International College.  She has published research on affiliation-based teaching practices and cohort models of learning.
