Dr. Jan Kircher

Dr. Jan Kircher, founder of Stop Bully Culture and the American Workplace Advocacy Center helps vulnerable workers heal from the traumatizing effects of workplace aggression.

She assists organizations in ending toxic, high-cost, workplace bullying situations, and the individuals who've been damaged by these cultures, using research-backed interventions to enable individual and institutional resilience.

Dr. Kircher has a Master's degree in Social Work and a Ph.D. in Sociology. She presents at numerous conferences each year, and is an in demand speaker, lecturer, consultant and workshop leader.
