I am a finance and data analytics professional, currently working as a senior analyst at one of the largest asset managers of multifamily real estate in the United States, where I use SQL, Power BI, and Excel to make our billions of data points digestible for our financial sponsor. Over the last six years I've noticed that many early career analysts struggle with Excel proficiency; many know the basics but lack an understanding of key formulas and techniques required to be an effective analyst. My goal as a Udemy instructor is to help aspiring financial analysts and early career financial analysts develop their technical skills to become better employees and ultimately earn more money.
