Hi, I’m James from Change Adaptive. I’m passionate about helping organizations unlock their full potential by ensuring that the intended benefits of change — from cost savings and efficiency to improved collaboration — translate into real, measurable outcomes.
With over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation, I’ve supported Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global institutions through some of their most complex changes. My client list includes JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, MetLife, Honeywell, the City of New York, Thomson Reuters, and the United Nations — to name a few.
What I’ve learned through this work is simple: strategy alone isn’t enough. Success depends on people — and how well we support them through uncertainty. With a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, I bring a deep understanding of the human side of change and a strong focus on empathy, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
