James Dittman is a medical student currently pursuing a MD degree at the VCU School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. He completed a BS in Chemistry at the University of Virginia in 2017 after spending nearly a decade learning the ins and outs of entrepreneurship as a small business owner. He joined Udemy in 2019 to develop a short practical course on surgical innovation for medical students and surgical residents from around the world to connect students with resources that will help them on their journey to become future stewards and drivers of ethical surgical innovations.
