Greetings! My name is James Cruickshank, and I am a Sports and Exercise Science graduate from Aberdeen University. I completed my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at The Robert Gordon University, where I developed a passion for helping people overcome their physical limitations.
Over the past 14 years, I have worked extensively as a physiotherapist, gaining valuable experience in both the National Health Service and private sectors. Through my work, I have been fortunate enough to attend many European and World Championships for a variety of sports, including hockey, swimming, squash, curling, and athletics.
My focus in recent years has shifted towards running and lower limb injuries. I have developed a running-specific profile that identifies specific areas for improvement for each runner and creates a tailored strength and exercise program to address these needs.
As I delved deeper into the anatomy of running injuries, two key factors stood out to me. Firstly, the load management of the individual in their training plan, and secondly, their relationship with the ground and how they utilize ground forces to improve their performance.
This realization has led me to develop a comprehensive 30-day plan that addresses both these aspects of running injuries. By following this plan, you will not only learn how to manage your load effectively but also how to utilize ground forces to improve your performance.
Throughout the program, you will receive personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your running goals. The program includes a range of exercises that are specifically designed to help you strengthen your lower limbs, improve your running technique, and enhance your performance.
At the end of the program, you will have gained valuable knowledge and skills that will enable you to run more efficiently and safely. You will also have a greater appreciation for the importance of load management and ground forces in running.
So, whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, join our program today and take the first step towards improving your running game!
