Being a vivid Storyteller and an excellent communicator, he has trained more than 500 parents on Building Strong Relationships with their children. He is a strong advocate of Work-Life balance and has a knack of turning a “Troubled Relationship” to an “Awesome Relationship”.
His passion for Training, Mentoring and Coaching started from his college days and continued throughout his corporate career. He has made a difference in the lives of many of his Team members by training them on Project Management, Leadership, Communication and Conflict Management skills.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras. He is an accomplished IT professional with a solid 21+ years of experience in developing Software Products for Insurance, Human Resource and Logistics domains. During his stint in the corporate world, he has transformed himself from a Software Developer to a Project Manager and reached the coveted position of “Business Unit Head” before he became an Entrepreneur (e-Learning business) and a full-time Life Transformational Coach. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP from PMI USA) and a Certified SCRUM Master (CSM).
As a “Certified Corporate Trainer” from the prestigious “Indian Academy of Training & Development”, he has trained accomplished individuals from Indian Army, Education Industry, Medical, IT, Manufacturing, Banking Sectors and also Executives from various backgrounds.
