Her coaching style emphasizes building self-awareness and personal vision, which naturally enhances self-confidence.

With several years of experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring, Jaki combines business acumen, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and intentional living. As the founding Director of LifeSkills Coaching Consultants (LSCC) and LifeSkills Coach Education (LCE), she brings over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, and General Management across Eastern, Southern, West, and Central Africa for international corporations. This extensive background has deepened her cultural awareness and understanding of diverse markets, people, and organizations.

In her coaching practice, Jaki assists clients in visualizing, articulating, and clarifying their goals. She helps them examine mental frameworks that either support or hinder their progress and develop habits that sustain their desired professional and personal lives. Her clients primarily include mid-level executives, end-career executives transitioning to retirement, and early-stage entrepreneurs. She is also a mental health coach with Modern Health.

Jaki conducts Leadership Workshops, including "Leading Self," "Leading Others," and "Leading through Uncertainty," and has developed online courses such as "How to Manage Life after High School" and "How to Create a Workable Life Plan." Additionally, she offers Communications training for executives.

Certified as a Feedback facilitator for Benchmarks™ 360 Assessments, Jaki is proficient with various tools and assessments, including DISC Coaching, MBTI, Via Character Strengths Profile, Positive Intelligence, and Clifton (Gallup) Strengths Finder. Her academic credentials include a Doctorate in Education, a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Arts in French, and an MBA in Strategic Management.
