Jacqui holds a Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services through what is now the Delta Institute in Australia, and is a Certified Nose Work Instructor in K9 Nose Work. She launched The Dog Project in 2010 and is passionate about helping pet dogs thrive.  She is a professional member of the Pet Professional Guild Australia and the Association of Pet Dog Trainers Australia, and strives to continually provide the latest best practice through ongoing education.
