I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and a specialist wellness coach for menopause. When I was 43, I realised that my body felt different. I was irritable, gaining weight, lacking in energy and having sleep problems. In my personal training qualification, we didn’t learn about hormones specific to women. We didn’t learn about symptoms like mood swings, brain fog, irritability, forgetfulness, trouble sleeping, water retention, PMS, weight gain, loss of libido, decreased sense of wellbeing, depression, headaches.
I spent years searching for a solution to help me with my perimenopause symptoms so that I could get my life back on track and feel like me again.
