Jack Tsao

Hi, I'm Jack and I have over 15 years of experience in sales, business management, leadership and organisational learning and development. I hold degrees in life sciences, economics, a Master in Applied Finance and a PhD in Education.

When I graduated from college in my early 20s, I was shy and unsure of myself. Since then I've had the opportunity to pursue many different paths in my life, and undergo an enormous personal transformation. I owe this to the drive to constantly improve myself every day and daring to try out new things, even if that meant failing often and the painful process of picking yourself up after each failure.

In my career, I have worked in the financial services industry in Australia, serving various sales, relationship management, and learning & development roles. As an entrepreneur, I previously co-founded and was the CEO of a luxury fashion distribution business, growing the startup in 3 years to a USD40m per annum APAC business.

I was a leadership and performance coach for a global consulting company, teaching and facilitating programs in technical and soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, negotiations, conflict resolution, and mindset transformation. I have worked with Fortune 500 companies, including within the sectors of banking and finance, education, healthcare, construction, FMCG, and the government.
