Israel Hillegeist is president of Go! Learning Solutions, where he is living his dream of enabling people to rapidly learn soft skills by providing practice with expert feedback.

Throughout his career, he has developed training programs that have transformed cultures and impacted the bottom line by hundreds of millions of dollars. This includes leadership, management, sales, marketing, software, and Six Sigma learning solutions for Fortune 50 companies such as HP, UL, and Elevance (formerly Anthem).

Business leaders love Israel’s solutions because he focuses on what employees need to do. This enables him to identify the root cause of a performance gap and, if learning is needed, develop a solution tailored to the need.
