My name is Irina. I am 36 years old. And I am the winner of the beauty contest "The most beautiful face of Russia 2020".

When I saw the first signs of aging - wrinkles around the eyes, a swollen oval of the face and flew, I was very upset. Because this is the beginning of aging.

I began to study special literature, facial anatomy and courses in gymnastics and facial massage.

I took special courses on facial massages and converted them for self-use. And also received a license as an international yoga trainer, in the classroom we also studied the anatomy of the body and face and exercises for a beautiful and healthy body.

I applied all the knowledge on myself, noticed how younger my face was and became the winner of the contest "The most beautiful face of Russia 2020"!

Then I put all the knowledge together and created a course for women. This course has already helped dozens of women regain their youthful faces!
