I am an Academic professional with 17 years of experience in teaching, research and HR functions in India and Canada. With PhD in Management, I am presently working as a Post- Doctoral Researcher with University of Toronto, Canada. My current research work aims to understand the relevance and prospects of use of technology and social media in higher education learning. My doctoral work involved the development of a performance management system for higher education teachers based on emotional intelligence and social media competencies. I have around 13 research publications in peer-reviewed journals of International repute.
I am well versed with various qualitative and quantitative techniques like Structural Equation Modelling (using AMOS and SMART PLS), Analytical Hierarchy process, Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) and other statistical techniques using SPSS and R Software.
Besides research, I am also associated as Facilitator HR Connections Program with Sheridan College and Part Time Professor with Humber College and Canadore@Stanford College, Toronto. Prior to this, I have been associated with Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, New Delhi, India as Associate Professor and a Visiting Faculty with The Northcap University, Gurugram, India. I also have 10 years experience in various HR functions with Datamatics Staffing Services and Panacea Biotec Ltd.
