Starting my journey in the Air Force, I've evolved from a mechanic to an officer, and finally to a pilot and instructor, where the principles of productivity, communication, and leadership became my guiding stars.

My experience is not confined to the aviation world; I've leveraged my skills to make a profound impact across multiple sectors. From preparing pilots for their assessments with leading airlines like Lufthansa and Emirates to instructing doctors, CEOs, C-suite executives, and entrepreneurs, my training methods are universal. My digital nomad lifestyle and role as a captain in business aviation have enriched my understanding of different cultures and working environments, making my training uniquely adaptable and globally relevant.

In my role as a CRM (Crew Resource Management) instructor for various airlines, I've honed my ability to teach critical decision-making, leadership, and team dynamics skills under pressure. This experience, coupled with my personal journey through the ranks of the military and into the cockpit of business aviation, forms the backbone of my teaching philosophy.
