She has designed and delivered AI programmes for universities and corporate clients, and entrepreneurial communities across Europe and Turkey. She has trained 100+ educators on responsible AI adoption in teaching and assessment.

Ilkem holds an ICF coaching certification, completed Dr. Philippa Hardman's AI-Powered Learning Science programme, and earned a Stanford Online credential in Ethics, Technology, and Public Policy. She is the founder of InspAIre, an AI-powered instructional design platform, and the recipient of the EAQUALS Teacher of the Year 2023 award.
