My journey in lecturing began in 2015. In that time I worked in a few different workplaces at the same time, teaching kids and adults, teaching various topics, making videos and articles on how to do something, and so on. In that time I noticed that people have different needs, they learn at different speeds, have different contexts, etc. It was a great journey, where I have learnt best approaches of teaching.
Me as a project manager
In 2016, me and few fellows co-founded a company on web development and software engineering. Until now our company completed around 200+ web projects. Some are smaller, some are bigger. I was responsible for new people on-boarding, teaching them skills they lacked, coaching them, leading projects, quality assurance, managing projects so they go smooths, and so on. In that time I learned a lot.
Something in between
As an employer I know what companies need from new folks and as a lecturer I know how to simplify and systematize information on any topic and how to teach that, so students would have skills after the course. I'm here to help you get your job or to improve your skills to the next level.
