My name is Ridwan Ademola Ibrahim. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, of which I earned a First Class Honor. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Smart Cities and Communities jointly in University of Vaasa (Finland), International Hellenic University (Greece), and University of Basque Country (Spain) majoring in Smart Energy and ICT System in which I am expanding my expertise in integrating engineering and technology in creating smarter and more sustainable urban environments.

I have four years of research experience and five years of industrial experience. I have a few peer-reviewed publications and I’ve participated in several international conferences, summits, and seminars. I have developed strong expertise in conducting structural designs and checks for various infrastructure, focusing on telecommunication structures and general building projects.

I have worked on many projects in West Africa and the United Kingdom. I distinguish myself by applying sustainable practices to my engineering judgment. I am also a mentor, tutor, learner, and youth leader.
