I am a Chemical Engineering Ph.D. Since 2018 towards the end of my Ph.D. and then during my two postdoctoral fellowships, I have moved towards modeling-related areas and in particular data-driven approaches such as deep learning for computer vision. Currently, I hold a Senior Data Scientist position in an international pharmaceutical company, developing various digital, data science, AI/ML solutions for different manufacturing processes.

I am passionate about teaching and breaking the barrier against entering the data science and related areas specially for folks with STEM and life sciences background. To me the core ideas are very simple, once we are comfortable with them without getting to much scared of the math and coding everything else seems much easier!
