Wise Movement founder, Hiram, has been working with individual and groups for the past decade clinical, educational and corporate settings. After beginning with a Bachelor in Exercise Science specialising in rehabilitation, he then went onto study his Honours specialising in Biomechanics, and finally his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. This was merely his beginning as his primary experience has been in the delivery of face to face sessions over the past 10 years.
Designing this specific program came after helping and assisting his own Pa after a series of falls and health complications. After seeing the results and his improvements his own Pa had, Hiram realised that the principles and techniques that he reserved for high end performance and pain rehabilitation were desperately needed for other seniors like his Pa.
Clients often report his approach is different to a lot of things they have ever experienced and that they leave sessions feeling not only better within their bodies but more confident in using their bodies well in day to day tasks and activities.
Apart from his original academic background, Hiram has pursued countless furthering education courses with particular interest in functional neurology and the way its application can have significant positive impact on all individuals, particularly seniors. Gaining the tutelage and mentorship of a leading functional neurological sports coach, Hiram now intertwines many of these key principles into client sessions and programs.
Hiram is the first to admit that each session is entirely different with each client. What is universal is his desire to show and empower individuals to see that, with some guidance, they very often are able to achieve far more than they have come to believe.
We look forward to Hiram's approach and programs positively impacted your life.
