With growing demand for AI Consulting & Project Management, especially from companies seeking audits and strategic discussions, the launch of the AI Master Course became a natural response to the critical questions shaping the future of HR and recruitment.
Highventures Executives LLC, the parent company, is a New Age Headhunting Firm based in Hawaii, specializing in Global Talent Acquisition, AI Consulting, and Executive Search with a forward-thinking approach to the evolving world of work.
A little bit about me:
With 23 years of experience in global headhunting and technology-driven recruitment strategies, I have been at the forefront of talent acquisition, workforce transformation, and HR consulting.
Having worked across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the USA, and Australia, I have advised organizations on optimizing their recruitment processes, integrating Lean or JIT (Just in Time) Recruitment methodologies, and rethinking traditional HR frameworks while growing their teams along the way.
I operate today as a veteran headhunter at heart and an AI strategist by necessity—constantly researching, testing, and challenging how HR and recruitment evolve in the age of automation.
My approach isn’t about simply adopting AI; it’s about pressing where it hurts—identifying inefficiencies, breaking outdated hiring models, and ensuring AI serves HR, not the other way around.
Through extensive research, and hands-on experience, I have developed a deep understanding of what works, what doesn’t, and how HR leaders can leverage AI effectively without losing the human element.
This masterclass was built from real-world experience and hands-on consulting. It’s not about throwing AI at broken systems; it’s about uncovering inefficiencies, fixing outdated hiring models, and aligning AI with actual business objectives and hiring challenges.
Implementing AI in recruitment goes beyond simply adopting technology—it requires a fundamental shift in processes, mindsets, and strategies. That’s why I designed this course with a consultative approach, not only addressing the complexities of HR and recruitment in AI implementation but also uncovering every layer of the process.
