I have gained practical experience whilst working in Financing Services (M&A transactions) and Investment Banking. Large part of my career I spent working on transactions for Private Equity Firms (as part of Leveraged Finance team), thus I have a first hand experience and insight into world of Private Equity and good knowledge about how Financial Sponsors evaluate potential investment opportunities and what the key elements they looking for.
