Experience working with Technical Support services. Extensive experience working with training desktop courses. Solid understanding of desktop support and troubleshooting.

I had International Certificates from Microsoft, UNESCO, CompTIA, and IBM that complements my qualifications. My knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is excellent. Working as a Trainer made me very good in communications skills, leadership, and a good organizer.

I presented training sessions during working for YAT Learning Centers to Future University and delivered workshops to multinational companies such as Nestle Waters Egypt, Apache, Transocean, and Bel Egypt.

I had join SLP-UAE project team sponsored by H. H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Now I'm working as a freelance instructor & trainer at online and at many companies.
