BSc Civil Engineering 1998-2003 Tanta University-Egypt, PMP certified 2010 PMI-USA and Project Management MSc from University of Liverpool-UK 2013-2016.

I have been working as a Planning Manager in large-scale projects (hotel, hospital, residential buildings, conference center, shopping mall, warehouses, and infrastructure projects) in Dubai-UAE, Suadi Arabia, and Egypt.

I have provided over 5,000 Online / Offline training hours to Planning Engineers / Managers over the past 10 years.

I do have my own Planning Techniques which were developed over my years of experience and the different situations I faced during my career. I have created several smart Planning Tools to help us facilitating our planning tasks as well.

My strategy of teaching is to find solutions to works SMART not HARD.
