My specialization is leadership and business coaching. I am an ambitious advocate of global citizenship, so I help leaders flourish from Asia, Europe to North America.

I have conducted 1800+ coaching sessions worldwide. My clients are managers of different levels from firms of the Fortune 500 coming from various industries like tech, investments, medical, and more. They all excelled in their careers through our journey together for professional growth. Currently, I am partnering with several coaching companies like BetterUp (USA), Leadership Choices (Germany), Talzi (Ukraine), and GrowthSpace (USA). I'm ready to empower personal and professional growth through empathy and effective communication. I help clients find their purpose, improve communication and management, achieve work-life balance, and boost confidence.

I taught at the University of Opole and specialized in Political Sciences and Social Communications. As well, I am a trainer of coaching, mentor, and supervisor for coaches at CoachingUp University of Coaching Development, which provides coaching education according to the standards of ICF, EMCC, and AC worldwide.

Additionally, I'm an author of soft skills trainings and speak at international conferences. With three master's degrees (Law, International Relations, and Psychology) and a certification in accounting, I interned with the State Tax Service of Ukraine. As an entrepreneur, I founded a construction firm, collaborating with diverse enterprises across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Poland, utilizing my expertise in law and accounting to champion justice for taxpayers.
