Haider is a Civil Engineer with passionate inclination towards structural engineering. He holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in structures. His Master's research includes, fracture mechanics, probabilistic and reliability analysis and fatigue assessment of bridges. He is currently working as a Bridge Engineer with a consultant in the United States.

Haider is intrigued by unique and uncommon structural designs like the Hovenring Bridge and 111 Main building to name a few.

In his spare time, Haider enjoys playing guitar, reading books and watching TV shows.
