主な仕事は、製品開発、メニュー開発をしてきました。

現在は母から教えてもらった料理や家計お助け料理など、料理系YouTuberとして活躍しています。

I was the head of a meat processing company for over 40 years.

I have been developing products by utilizing my cooking skills.

Among them, “Beef tongue” is particularly noteworthy.

Until then, there were several “Beef tongue restaurants” serving local cuisine in the city of ※SENDAI.

This caught my eye, and in 1987, I decided to offer it to the world as a souvenir.

Thanks to that, “Beef tongue” has now been elevated to become one of Japan’s representative foods.

“Beef tongue” is still considered a weird food, but its deliciousness has created passionate fans not only among Japanese people but also among foreigners.

I have also run several beef tongue grills and natural food restaurants.

Also, opened some restaurants overseas.

In addition to developing new restaurants, I have also devoted myself to developing menus.

Although I have worked in a job that has something to do with cooking, it was actually my mother who taught me how to cook.

Now, I have retired from my previous job, I am working as a YouTuber using my cooking skills.
