Dr. Grace Naomi Hinds, Ph.D., M.Ed., is an adjunct professor/mentor at Lehman College (CUNY- City University of New York). Dr. Hinds teaches Leadership and Organizational Theories within the MSOL-Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program; she is also an experienced executive. Dr. Hinds held leadership positions in education, business, and music management. Additionally, she is a higher education consultant and author. Her book: Business Leadership and Organizational Theories. The book analyzes leadership/organizational models, including case studies and articles. The release date was January 2023.
Dr. Grace Hinds trained as an opera/concert singer at the nationally acclaimed Hartt School of Music (University of Hartford). She has performed with her sisters: The Hinds Sisters Trio, Esther, and Ruby. The Hinds Sisters Trio was introduced internationally by composer Gian Carlo Menotti through the Spoleto Festival of Two Worlds. She has performed with opera companies, orchestras, and concert organizations throughout the United States and Europe. Dr. Hinds has degrees in classical music and education: A Bachelor of Applied Music, a Master of Science degree in Music, and a Doctoral Diploma in Applied Music. Additionally, a Master of Science in Education Leadership and a Ph.D. in Education Leadership. Personal philosophy: Education is the gateway to success and self-fulfillment.
