Dr. Grace Naomi Hinds is a senior adjunct lecturer and senior adjunct professor in the MBA (Master of Business Administration) and MOL (Master of Organizational Leadership) degree programs at multiple colleges. She has taught three courses in Project Management (Project Risk Management, Optimizing Teams, and Fundamentals of Project Management), Business Leadership Theories, and Organizational Models and Theories. Dr. Hinds is also an experienced executive and has held leadership positions in project management, higher education, business, and music management and production.

Additionally, she is a higher education consultant and author. Her book, Business Leadership and Organizational Theories, focuses on leadership and organizational theories in business contexts.

Dr. Hinds has degrees in classical music and higher education: a Bachelor of Applied Music, a Doctoral Artist Diploma in Music Performance, a Master of Education in Leadership of Educational Organizations, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.
