Grace Grażyna Tallar - Polish-Canadian Talent Management and Emotional Intelligence Expert; author of eight (8) books on the subject; journalist, trainer, and Talent Auditor.

Grace, M.A, a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the McGill University in Montreal, a business consultant, and the author of many business articles in 2005, was awarded by the Aurora Chamber of Commerce in the "Innovative Business" category. In addition, she was a guest at many congresses, conferences, and TV and radio programs in many countries.

A pioneer of emotional intelligence training since 1996 on four continents. A long-time manager in the American and Canadian electronics and aviation industries. She had worked in companies such as CMC Marconi, Allied Signal Aerospace, and Human Resources Skills Development Canada. She has improved management systems in many organizations. She was an international marketing director at Intrawest / Intracorp, which led projects in Australia, Asia and Europe, and Poland. In Poland, she was the content manager of the first Internet recruitment company Prosperum.

Grace is a designer of the 3D Recruiting ™ system, which she presented to I International Emotional Intelligence Congres in Spain (2007).
