I have up to 20 years work experience as a strategic and generalist human resource practitioner in local, regional and international institutions, specifically in the financial sector. I have been a member of the C-suite for up to 15 years.
At this point in my career, i want to share the practitioners perspective in areas that are rarely taught to HR Professionals and yet these are key skills that bring value to the table and impact the bottom line.
My Masters Degree in Human Resource Management was undertaken at the University of Manchester, England.
I am a mentor in a program called Girls for Girls (G4G) born at the Harvard Kennedy School. We mentor young girls/ladies across the world to close the gap holding women back from running for public office. We work with girls and ladies in schools, workplaces, neighborhoods and other community spaces using mentor-ship circles to build confidence, courage and curiosity.
