Anderson always had a passion for real estate investing, He then started his real estate journey in New York, With relatively little resources Anderson could not enroll on a formal course so spent his time reading, watching YouTube videos, attending seminars and seeking out mentorship from other investors. After a few years he then relocated to Charlotte, NC.

Over time momentum started to grow and he was making a good income to expand his team and formed his company Elair Properties Ventures in Charlotte, NC and started working on the company in early 2014. Operating initially in the wholesale market matching buyers and sellers seeking a seamless transaction that required a much shorter sale process, he has since reinvested profits and now also purchase and renovate properties then resell them for a higher value. Anderson continued to build and grow his business by using private capital for real estate acquisitions.

Growing up in a family where education was not common; he wanted to do something where he could give back to his community through entrepreneurship. Something extremely important to Anderson as he has had some success through his career and businesses will be offering an education course and motivation through Udemy & his platform to help other inspiring entrepreneurs. Given what he has achieved against the odds he feels it’s part of his duty to pay it forward to people who come from similar backgrounds as he did.
