Hi, I'm Giovanna Gelmi and here I answer some of the most frequent questions I get asked.

What do I do in my courses?

I like to bring my student to that special moment when he/she smiles, and "ah-ha" understands! It's a beautiful feeling and I hope you can experience it too through my lessons. My courses are simple and based on the hands-on philosophy, but for each exercise I assign you, I show you and explain the solution so that you are always in touch with me and feel confident in what you are doing.

What is my job?

I'm a teacher and an e-learning creator for professionals operating in clinical and scientific trials as medical writers, clinical data managers, or journalists in the fields of health, nutrition, and medicine. I create online courses for my students as well as develop materials for other teachers or international clients since I speak and write fluently in four languages (English, German, Spanish, and Italian).

How many years of experience do I have?

Twenty years of experience as a teacher in high schools in Italy and further education colleges in Germany.

Who do I train?

Medical Writers, Clinical Data Managers, Science Writers for videos and documentary scripts, and Aspiring Science Book Writers for young people and teens.

What are my qualifications?

What clinical trials have I worked on?

- Phase 1 clinical trials on diabetes type 1;

- Multicentre, randomised, international, phase 3 clinical trials on CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia);

- Post-market studies on medical devices.

What are my daily activities?

I write newspaper articles about food and coffee, run my own personal blog, shoot and cut courses for my students or for my clients.

What labels do I have?

I founded two labels (Locations with Groove and Med with Groove) to support professionals in films and science.
