Chefshows by Novikov is an online culinary school with professional chefs and detailed step-by-step video courses. 

We made an exclusive video course with the Champion of the World Pastry Competition to show you how to make those gorgeous french desserts. Michel Willaume, born in France, is a patissier and chocolatier. He was awarded with a 1st price in New York during the Festival Gastronomique and with the World Champion title in Lyon at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. He is known for using traditional french techniques and recipes which he combines with modern ingredients and forms to create traditional french desserts with a twist.
