As for me I like to learn new languages. Based on my my education in Pedagogical University and teaching experience I choose the best approach for teaching others. It helps students to understand the structure of the language and start speaking as soon as possible.
I hold Bachelor's degree 11 years ago in Pedagogical University. And after graduating I started to use my knowledge in practice, improving my methods of teaching. Frankly speaking, tutoring isn't only a job, it's my passion!
Also I must say, Russian and Ukrainian are my mother tongues so I know all their fineness and tricky moments.
