I have worked in health and social care for over 40 years, I have worked with the elderly. dimentia, learning disabilities, children, I have also taught health and social care in college. I believe working in care is a rewarding job and will bring great pleasure as you enable people to be as independent as they are able to be, and enable people to make their own choices. 

More recently I have become a coach/ therapist and use several modalities to help people overcome their anxieties, worries, and help them to change the things in their life that they would like to change.
