I used to constantly be slightly unwell - without really being sick.
Waking up with itching eyes because of an allergy, stomachache after lunch, back pain when getting up from my chair after 8 hours of work in front of the laptop, headaches after a stressful commute, and endless mind chatting keeping me from falling asleep.
In German we call these Wehwehchen, "little aches" in English. No doctor was really taking me seriously. "Here you have some pain killers, an antihistamine, and this pill to better fall asleep ... you'll be alright."
That wasn't acceptable for me.
Today, none of these "little aches" are bothering me anymore. After studying Eastern and Western wellbeing theories for many years, I have built the At Your Best methodology, which allows me to be the best version of myself 24 hours a day.
