Francisco Marin is the Founder and CEO of Cognitive Talent Solutions (CTS) and a Founding Member of the Network-First Manifesto, a global initiative reimagining the foundations of work around human connection, collaborative freedom, and distributed stewardship. As a Founding Member, he has helped shape the movement’s philosophy and governance model while catalyzing a fast-growing community of founders, operators, and researchers committed to building systems where networks, rather than rigid hierarchies, become the primary architecture of work, innovation, and organizational life.

Based in Palo Alto, Francisco leads CTS, an AI-powered Organizational Network Analysis company recognized by RedThread Research and Everest Group as a market leader. Under his leadership, CTS has supported Fortune 500 companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, Coca-Cola, and CBRE in enhancing talent strategies, optimizing organizational structures, and improving collaboration dynamics. CTS was named Best Innovative Solution in Talent Analytics at the 2025 HR Tech Awards and is the only ONA provider with direct integration routes into mainstream enterprise ecosystems through strategic partnerships with Google and ServiceNow.

With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of AI and network science, Francisco has been instrumental in advancing a network-centric understanding of organizational behavior. He co-developed a generation of patent-pending AI agents for People Analytics across areas such as onboarding, change management, talent development and organizational design.

Before founding CTS, Francisco served as a Business Analytics Leader at IBM, deploying AI-powered solutions for process automation and predictive talent retention at global scale. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and Design Thinking.

Francisco speaks at industry conferences and academic institutions and contributes thought leadership on Organizational Network Analysis, AI agents, network-based governance models and social capital strategies.
