I have extensive experience in managing, planning, and controlling large and complex EPCI projects across various sectors since 1996. These sectors include military, oil and gas, shipbuilding, civil construction, IT, banking, and insurance.
My responsibilities have involved creating physical and financial schedules with multidisciplinary teams for engineering, purchasing, construction, commissioning, and installation activities.
I also have international experience in managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in the Netherlands, Singapore, England, the United States, Germany, Norway, Romania, China, and Japan. Additionally, I have international work experience with periods in England, the United States, and Finland.
I have implemented project management offices (PMO), provided training and developed teams, and established standards and plans for managing and controlling projects, processes, performance indicators, and systems under PMI practices, and using the EVM - Earned Value Management.
