I am fascinated with human beings: how we learn and grow, how we find meaning, build relationships, and choose to live. I have been exploring the mind-body connection for 20 years and teaching, coaching and facilitating for 15. I am a leadership development facilitator with some of the world's top values-based consultancies. I work with organisations ranging from charities to large corporates, and individuals ranging from students to CEO's. Key areas of research for me have been embodiment, compassion, positive psychology, and increasingly - sustainability. I am an Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Counsellor and I have studied a broad range of the world's wisdom traditions including substantial training in Taoism, Shamanism, and the Martial Arts (including 3rd Dan black belt in Karate). I am one of the lead trainer's on the year-long Embodiment Facilitator Course. I hold a BA(Hons) from one of the UK's top drama schools and I am a certified Uzazu Embodiment Coach. I have published 4 books on personal and spiritual development and co-authored a set of resources for creating Compassionate Communities. I am a husband and father, and as well as my wife and son I love trees, chocolate, and the sea when it is stormy.
