As both a certified yoga teacher and author, I bring together the worlds of movement and words to support deep, lasting transformation—physically, mentally, and creatively. With a background in modern languages (MA) and over a decade of experience in holistic wellness, my approach blends mindful movement with practices that nourish the inner life.
My teaching is grounded in yoga and complemented by training in massage therapy, Reiki, and energy work, with a strong emphasis on listening to the body and reconnecting with our natural rhythms. I believe that the body and mind are not separate—and that through intentional movement, journalling, and daily habits, we can access a more centred, balanced way of living.
