Dr. Francesca Abii is a seasoned practitioner, with over 20+ years’ experience in the following areas: program management, project management, quality management, process management, organizational development, and business and systems analysis. Her company Beyond Any Limit offers coaching, consulting, and training services to individuals and organizations.
Dr. Abii worked for the Federal Government for over 12+ years’ experience as a Federal Government Senior Project Manager and Federal Government Contract Officer Technical Representative (COTR). In her capacity as a COTR, she was part of solicitation teams writing solicitations, reviewing proposals and serving as chair on numerous solicitation boards. She also served as the Federal Government assigned COR on numerous multi-million-dollar Government contracts.
She has her MBA degree, doctoral degree in Management, and she holds over 10 recognized certifications across the various areas of her specialization. Her research papers have been published in several academic journals and she has been invited to present her research papers at management conferences.
