In various capacities over the years he has played strategic roles in schools and organisations by creating an inclusive atmosphere for students irrespective of their disabilities and academic functioning, monitored and evaluated education related programs, implemented universal design frameworks, interacted with local and international education authorities and assisted students with disabilities transition into mainstream schools.
