Dr. (HC) Farah Rustom is the founder of NextGen AI Lab, a flagship initiative within the FarahNode initiative dedicated to transforming education through Artificial Intelligence in Education, AI Literacy, Digital Pedagogy, and future-ready learning systems.

As an international educator, EdTech consultant, and AI in Education specialist, she empowers teachers, educators, schools, and institutions worldwide to integrate AI tools into teaching and learning through practical, ethical, and innovative approaches.

NextGen AI Lab is built around the S.A.I.L. Framework (Sustainability, AI Fluency, Innovation, and Leadership), supporting educators in developing AI literacy, mastering AI-powered teaching strategies, designing innovative learning experiences, and leading responsible educational transformation aligned with SDG 4: Quality Education.

Through project-based professional development courses and teacher training programs, educators learn how to apply Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Copilot, AI tools for education, instructional design strategies, assessment innovation, and personalized learning approaches.
