My expertise in the field of bio-molecular modeling relates to Homology Modeling, Immunoinformatics, Molecular Dynamic Simulations (NAMD, GROMACS, CHARMM), fitting X-ray solution scattering data to high resolution protein PDB structures. Am also a specialist in writing application oriented tailor made programs with Perl, VMD, PYMOL and Swiss-pdb Viewer.
