In his career, he has worked with language design extensively for digital engineering in corporate research and development. He taught and mentored software developers and engineer on model-based practices in top high-tech innovation companies, such as, Travelers Insurance, Kaiser Permanente, NASA and other Federal Government agencies.

Ernest designed and delivered over 9,000 hours of training and leadership workshops for engineers and managers. Today, his coaching is focused on the power of language for producing useful products and a Self consistent with one's ambition.

He published 15 books on technology and language.

Ernest also contributes to the nonprofits of Orange County, California, and he currently coaches CEOs and managers at the Executive Coaches of Orange County.
