My journey has been a lifelong exploration of how logic, strategy, systems thinking, and personal empowerment come together to create clarity in a complex world. I began my career as an engineer, expanded my understanding through an MBA, and spent over 30 years in the corporate world, from Siemens automotive plants to regional leadership at Nielsen spanning twenty countries.
Throughout my career, I realized something unique: I have never had a project fail. This wasn’t by accident. It was because I applied an engineering mindset to the "messy" parts of business. I developed a methodology to bridge the gap between vision and execution, ensuring success is designed into the process from day one. I call this the Zero Failure System.
