My name is Erin! I completed the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail alongside my sister Maggie. Through 5,000 thousand miles of long-distance backpacking, and plenty of weekend drive-up camping getaways, I’ve discovered not just the beauty of the outdoors, but also the hard-earned lessons that come with it.

From gear mishaps to trail-tested strategies, I’ve learned what not to do and what truly works when you're living out of a backpack.
