I ran my first marathon when I was 16 years old and it's shaped my life and career ever since! It gave me this passion of wanting to learn more and improve myself both mentally and physically so I could keep running for life.
Soon after becoming a physical therapist, I realized that I wanted to help others do the same.
After becoming board certified in orthopedic injuries and specialized in running gait mechanics and running injuries, I realized there's often a gap between traditional physical therapy and runner's performance. It was leading to frustration among runners who couldn't understand why physical therapy wasn't working to help them prepare for long distances. I wanted to understand the “why” behind running injuries and help others move from pain and setbacks to strength and confidence.
Since then, I've personally helped hundreds of runners return to long distances pain free and achieve personal records. My goal is always the same: to help you run well, stay strong, and enjoy the sport for a lifetime.
If you're navigating an injury, training for your next PR, or just want to run and feel strong, I'm here to help you achieve it with purpose and clarity.
