About me
Introducing Emma Leiuman, a classical pianist born in Moscow, Russia. She received her musical education at some renowned places:
• The Central Music School, where she learned from Kira Shashkina, the same teacher who taught Mikhail Pletnev.
• The Moscow State Chopin College, under the guidance of Professor Lev Naumov, who was a student of the famous Professor Heinrich Neuhaus.
• The Moscow State Conservatory, where she earned her Master's degree under Professor Pavel Nersessian, who is associated with both Moscow Conservatory and Boston University.
Emma's musical journey has taken her to perform recitals in various countries, including Russia, Germany, the USA, France, and Spain. She has also shared her knowledge through masterclasses and lectures at LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore.
Emma is not just a pianist; she's also known for her innovative teaching method called The PianoWell© system, tailored for advanced and professional pianists.
Her 'Mastery of Piano Technique' book is a result of 25 years of research. It serves as a comprehensive guide for professional pianists, helping them enhance their skills in mental practice, inner singing, efficient hand motion, and confident stage performance.
